I recently met with the Minister for Human Services, Hon Michelle Lensink MLC who advised the tender process is still underway with a number of shortlisted proponents having received an invitation to supply.
You'll be pleased to know that all proponents have proposed demolition of the Quintus Tce site, with construction expected to begin later in the year.Read more
Anti-social behaviour and community safety around the Dover Gardens area has been an ongoing concern for many residents, which is why I've been working closely with SAPOL, the City of Marion and Housing SA to help find a solution to a range of issues raised at my previous community forum in mid-December 2019.

It was on for the young and old at the 2020 annual Brighton Jetty Classic! Competitors ranging from 7 to 70 and beyond took part in South Australia's largest open water swim. It was a day full of action with a surf boat carnival, street festival, food trucks with live music and entertainment.Read more
As part of the Marshall State Government’s Building Better Schools program, Seaview High School will receive an impressive $16.2 million development injection.
The project will be finished in time to welcome students in Term 1 2022. It will also coincide with our plan to transition Year 7 students into high school, a move which will bring our state's education system into the 21st century and in line with other states and territories.Read more
With the end of Term 4 fast approaching, most students are looking forward to Christmas and summer holidays! However, Year 12 students have been completing their final exams and looking forward to their next steps in life. I always look forward to congratulating the Year 12s from Brighton Secondary School, Westminster School and Seaview High School, and hearing about their plans for the future.Read more
Each year I invite all Primary Schools in our local community to participate in my annual Christmas Card Competition. The winners get to see their artwork turned into one of my Community Christmas Cards which I send far and wide. Winners also receive a few to send to their own family and friends.Read more
