I was pleased to host the Opposition Leader, Steven Marshall, in the electorate for the Reynella Transport and Road Safety Forum, which followed an earlier forum in Sheidow Park.
It was good to see such a strong turnout. There was a lot of discussion about the Southern Expressway, relating to safety, lack of signage, and inconvenient/non-existent on and off ramps; as well as discussion about bus routes and shelters which we are following up with the Minister and local councils. Due to the strong response from the electorate about Labor’s recent ESL hikes, the ESL was put on the agenda and Steven Marshall was able to give a summary of what the Liberals are doing to fight these increases, which are yet another burden to the household budget. Oaklands Crossing was also mentioned, and I have been campaigning hard on this issue; to read what I have had to say on the matter please visit www.coreywingard.com.au/media. Thank you to all those who attended, and if you missed the forum but would like to discuss an issue, please contact my office to arrange a meeting
