Brighton students present real-world solutions

This morning, I visited Brighton Primary School to watch a series of presentations by Year 7 students.

The Year 7s have worked closely with industry partners to devise solutions to real-world problems.

This problem-based approach to learning required students to find the best solutions on how to rehabilitating lagoon walls at the Bolivar treatment facility.

Today, two different solutions were presented to me, Principal Ian Filer and their teacher Ms Candice Martin.

The students did an amazing job with their presentations, and they should be immensely proud of what they've accomplished in this unit of schoolwork.
