Earlier this year, Lilly, a student at Darlington Primary School, wrote me a letter describing the weathered condition of her school's South Australian flag.
It was a pleasure to respond to Lilly's letter by visiting her school today to present a replacement.
At the school assembly, I handed over the flag and talked with students about its history.
It's wonderful to see young people like Lilly take the initiative to contact her local MP and display all the qualities of active citizenship she's learning about in school.
With today being the last day of the school term, it was also great to wish everyone a happy and safe term break!
