Check out the new Tutti Arts Centre

This year, local arts organisation Tutti Arts moved into their exciting new headquarters in Brighton.

I had the pleasure of visiting their new headquarters and seeing creative artists at work. Tutti’s leadership team including President Andrew Downing, Founder and Artistic Director Pat Rix, GM Linda Williams and board member Paul Kirkwood showed me around the new site, and I was fortunate enough to see several performances including the Thank God Its Friday choir singing Katy Perry’s hit Roar.

Starting as a small singing group for people with an intellectual disability in 1997, Tutti grew into a larger choir and eventually expanded into the larger organisation they are today, offering drama, music and other creative arts, reaching over 200 South Australians.

Tutti is a registered NDIS provider too, with funding available for people on an NDIS plan to access services and achieve a whole range of individual goals.

The team at Tutti Arts have done a fantastic job training, challenging and nurturing local artists over the organisation’s lifetime.

Tutti truly is a positive force in the community, and I hope that the transition to their new site will help them to continue their outstanding work.
